@ODR The kayaking club meeting, led by a recreational professional, serves as a welcoming introduction to the public. Attendees can expect a presentation on kayaking fundamentals, safety guidelines, and an overview of club activities. The professional may demonstrate paddling techniques and discuss equipment essentials. This interactive session aims to foster a sense of community, inviting individuals of all skill levels to join the club. Information about upcoming events, and opportunities for group paddling adventures is shared, encouraging participation and enthusiasm for kayaking as a recreational pursuit. Sign-up in advance for a reserved Kayak, equipment reservations first-come first served. Open seats to paddlers who provide and bring their own vessel. Families, Active Duty, Min age 10yo, under 18yo must be accompanied by and adult. Open to all DoD cardholders--all skill levels. Wear water safe clothing; may get wet. This is a FREE activity
